    Mobile2Bank is Chase Bank’s new business toolkit that will allow a business to receive monies, make payments, manage agency float and get credit facilities instantly in real time from their business bank account via a mobile phone.

  2. What services are available on Mobile to Bank?

    Receive Collections directly to their bank account — a business will now be able to receive monies instantly into their bank account from mobile money via a mapped pay bill or buy goods till.

    Make Payments directly from their bank account — a business will now be able to pay any individual and any business instantly in an efficient and cost effective way on mobile money i.e. send money to an mpesa mobile wallet, mpesa business pay bill or mpesa buy goods number.

    Purchase Agency Float directly from their bank account — a business that provides mobile money agency services will now be able to purchase float at any time, even on weekends or past banking branch operating hours.

    Get Credit in real time — a business will now be able to get a loan and receive it in real time into their bank account to enable them meet their business growth needs.

  3. Who is eligible for Mobile to Bank?

    Mobile to Bank is targeted to any Individual SME or sole proprietorship business.

    Limited companies, partnerships, joint account businesses will be able to be on-boarded in the second release of the product.

  4. What other conditions should a customer satisfy to be eligible?

    • The customer will be required to open a Chase Bank Business account to be able to access the different services
    • Customer will have to register and be active on Mfukoni Mobile

  5. How do I enrol/subscribe for Mobile to Bank?

    Subscribe via the online web micro site, mobile app or ussd channel.
